    • The ‘Bildrecht’ is the Austrian copyright society for fine arts, architecture, photography, graphics, illustration, design choreography and performance.  As a collection entity, it represents the copyrights of around 5,500 member vis-à-vis public and private bodies in order to generate income and remuneration in favour of the artists. The Bildrecht also represents authors, or/and their legal successors or other rights holders with claims based on copyrights. NOUS was responsible for the entire relaunch of the Bildrecht website - a concept, a new design and a mobile supportive version have been successfully implemented. As a complex platform, the website contains legal and artistic components and binds new features such as online forms, application forms for image users, a resale rights calculator and much more.  Additionally to the Bildraum exhibition space, a service- and communication platform was established to provide broader display spaces for artists. An exhibition archive is also part of the website as well as an overview of the latest submission option for art prizes.
